1. The Platform is operated by PLEO interactive spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Bolesława Limanowskiego 36/30, 30-551 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000429590, NIP: 6793084198, REGON: 122635706, share capital: PLN 5,000.00.
2. The terms used below in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
the list of Subscription Plans available on the Platform
the Platform functionality that allows the User to complete fields on the website (provide the relevant data) in order to create an Account
the Platform functionality that allows a set of Questions to be created as part of an Event
the entity indicated in the Organisation profile as the entity for which the Event Creation service is provided, obliged to pay the Fees
a User for whom the Test Event Creation service is provided
a natural person entering into an agreement concerning the Account service, Event Creation service, Test Event Creation service or Vote Casting service, not directly related to their business or professional activity
the Platform functionality that enables the User, after logging in to the Platform with an individual login and password, to access resources in the IT system
each consecutive period of 31 days within an annual Subscription, counted from the date on which the Client activates the Subscription in accordance with the Subscription Plan
providing an answer to a Question
the amount payable in accordance with the Subscription Plan selected by the Client
a group of Users who may use the Event Creation service provided to the Client
a User, Participant, Client or Test Client
a Participant casting a vote on behalf of another person
a variant of the Event Creation service described in the Price List, specifying, among other things: (i) the functionalities available under that Subscription Plan and the manner in which they may be used, including restrictions on the use of the Event Creation service; and (ii) the amount of the Fee depending on the type of Subscription
the Wyborek online platform available at https://wyborek.pl
the entity referred to in § 1(2)
a question asked by a User to Participants as part of a Voting
these Terms and Conditions
an agreement for the Event Creation service concluded for a fixed term of 31 days (monthly Subscription) or 12 months (annual Subscription)
creating an Event on the Platform under the selected Subscription Plan
creating a Test Event on the Platform by a Test Client
a person entitled to cast a Vote
services offered by PLEO to Persons through the Platform
a person who has created an Account
the Platform functionality that allows a User to organise one or more Votings and to communicate via chat or videoconference
a free variant of an Event available under the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Platform and the Services, and also define the scope of rights and obligations of PLEO and the Persons. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required to use the Services.
2. PLEO provides the following electronic Services to Persons:
1) the Event Creation service,
2) the Test Event Creation service,
3) the Account service,
4) the Vote Casting service.
5) adding Participants to a Voting by selecting one of the following methods:
a) email invitation,
b) SMS invitation,
c) invitation by generating unique codes,
d) public access by generating a link to the Voting.
3. The Event Creation service is provided exclusively to the Client.
4. The Test Event Creation service is provided exclusively to Test Clients.
5. The Account service is provided exclusively to Users.
6. The Vote Casting service is provided to Participants.
7. Users and Participants are obliged to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
8. In order to use the Platform and all its functionalities properly, the following technical requirements must be met: having a device with Internet access, having an email account, and having one of the following web browsers installed on the device: Microsoft Edge version 40 or higher, Google Chrome version 58 or higher, Mozilla Firefox version 50 or higher, Opera version 44 or higher, or Safari version 9 or higher. Cookies should be enabled in the web browser used.
