How does it work?work

The administrator creates an event in the CRM panel — choosing the event type, setting the agenda (optionally) and adding votes and questions. Everything is set up and tested in advance, in one place, before inviting participants.
Adds participants — individually or by file import — and assigns them roles (standard, observer, proxy). Also selects an authorisation method suited to the event: email invitations, SMS, or unique codes. The event can also be open with public access.
Once configured, the admin launches the event with a single click and invitations are sent to participants automatically. From there, everything can run on its own according to the set schedule — votes open and close at planned times. The admin can also manage the voting process manually.
The administrator sees results in real time — in a table or on charts. After the event ends, they generate a PDF report documenting the proceedings, ready for archiving or submission to the organisation's governing body.
