Video cost is charged by connection minutes per participant, so you pay exactly for what you actually use. No fixed access fees and no surprises at the end of the month. If you do not organize conferences in a given month, you pay nothing. This model is designed for organizations with a variable event rhythm.
Chat is billed differently than video. A fixed fee of PLN 1 applies per user per event, regardless of how long the discussion lasts. This is especially beneficial for long events with active message exchange, because you know the cost before the event starts.
By choosing a higher subscription plan, you receive a pool of video minutes included in the price. Package minutes are used first, and only after they run out are standard rates charged. The more events you organize each year, the more cost-effective it is to choose a package with a larger pool.
